At Aravella’s Wardrobe, we pride ourselves on offering intentional, high-quality pieces designed to last. Because of the handmade and limited-edition nature of many of our garments, our policy varies slightly between product categories.

Please read below for a full breakdown of our refund and exchange guidelines.


General Policy Summary

  • Refunds: Available only on approved big-batch items and accessories in new, unworn condition.

  • Exchanges or Store Credit: Available within 14 days of receiving your order for eligible items.

  • Final Sale: Custom, worn, damaged, or tag-removed items cannot be returned or exchanged.


Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • We do not accept exchanges for items that show signs of wear, alteration, or misuse.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds (Only for Eligible Items)

Refunds are only available for the following:

  • Big-batch manufactured items (not handmade) in new condition.

  • Accessories (e.g., jewelry, belts, hair pieces) that are unused, unopened (if sealed), and in resale condition.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your return must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and approved.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


⚠️ Damages, Issues & Exceptions

We carefully inspect every item before it ships. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

We will evaluate the situation and offer:

  • A replacement (if stock allows)

  • A store credit

  • Or a full refund (only in the case of proven manufacturer error or shipping damage)


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Custom or made-to-measure garments

  • Handmade, limited-run clothing pieces

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items with removed or damaged tags

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

  • Sale or clearance items
