Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you received shipment within the time frame we advertise. Please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.

If there is an issue with verifying your address, out team will contact you to try to resolve the issue. If after several attempts of contacting you with no response; your order will be canceled and your money refunded back. 

If you realize you enter your shipping address incorrectly, please cotact us asap Aravellasw@gmail.com. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. 

Tracking 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the postal service directly. Aravella's Wardrobe, Does Not hold responsibility for packages that state Delivered

once order is place we will start processing same day and you should receive your order with in 3 Business days.
